MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - Author Roman Plastich says that he knows how men operate and why they do the things they do. In his new book, "Finishing School for Women" (published by iUniverse), he offers insight into the thoughts and actions of men in hopes of helping women everywhere.

In "Finishing School for Women" Plastich covers the ins and outs of men and relationships. From the differences in how men and women think to why men cheat, Plastich ensures that all aspects are discussed. He notes that each example or story told in his book is taken directly from his or a personal friend's life, giving them more validity.

"You have the power to change your situation, don't analyze too much and don't wish for things to be different," Plasitch says. "Treat it like cooking. You want a certain meal, you follow a certain recipe and it's really as simple as that."

Plastich aims to give women a look at the male psyche, one which he believes their friends can't give them, and prevent them from being hurt in the future.
