Many people believe that the gospel message must change to be relevant in a postmodern world. Author Richard "Rick" Triplett points out that both God and the message to the world that flows from him are unchangeable. In "Living by Faith In an Unfaithful World" (published by Xlibris), he urges fellow Christians to resist any effort to change the gospel message and to remain true to their faith.

In this book, he reveals devotionals, poems and commentaries that seek to glorify God, offering encouragement to anyone whose faith may be wavering. With unshaken conviction, Triplett seeks to honor God and reinforce the necessity for Christians to remain focused on him. He hopes that through reading this book, readers will be inspired to explore Christianity as faith and come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

"Daily events often discourage Christians, and at times God seems remote, if not detached from our daily struggles. The stronger our faith, the closer God is to us," Triplett says. "I hope this book inspires the Christian reader to remain strong in their faith and the non-Christian reader to seek to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior."

Enlightening and spiritually enriching, "Living by Faith In an Unfaithful World" is both a motivation for Christians to strengthen their faith and an informative guide for non-Christians that imparts to them the knowledge about Jesus Christ.
