The company's latest release in the Cookery genre is an eBook by renowned, Chicago-based culinary historian, Colleen Taylor Sen, titled THE INDIAN RESTAURANT MENU DECODED.

The book aims to help the average diner interpret the menu of Indian restaurants in North America and choose dishes that will not only expand their understanding but also enhance their enjoyment of Indian cooking, one of the world's greatest cuisines.

Colleen Taylor Sen is a well known culinary historian and lives in Chicago. She is the author of FOOD CULTURE IN INDIA (2005), CURRY: A GLOBAL HISTORY (2009) and many articles on the food of the Indian Subcontinent where she has traveled extensively. She has been a featured guest on NPR, ABC's Hungry Hound, the Milt Rosenberg Show, Restaurants America, and other media. Colleen is also the co-author of STREET FOOD AROUND THE WORLD: AN ENCYCLOPEDIA OF FOOD AND CULTURE, to be published in July 2013.
