Mike Kinch hails from Barbados in the Caribbean where he lived for most of his first twenty five years until he migrated to Australia in 1974. He married Sandra in 1973, and they are the proud parents of two daughters Laura and Kara. Mike is an ordained minister in Australia with qualifications to the Masters level. His focus has been preparing leaders for ministry in ten nations over the last two decades. His ministry in Africa, Asia, the Pacific islands and Australia covers teaching, preaching, and the prophetic gift in a variety of training colleges, churches and ministerial gatherings.
