The inspiration for Oliver Morgen's new book "THE PUZZLE OF LIFE and the Missing PEACE: Dialogue with a Master Resolving Religion's Judgments" (published by Trafford Publishing) came as a result of much study, reflection and a dream.

"When I was a youth and deeply involved with the church, I had a dream in which I was reading a textbook," Morgen says. "Upon awakening, a masculine voice said, 'It is all so simple.' That dream eventually became my obsession."

That obsession would lead to years of biblical research and eventually "THE PUZZLE OF LIFE and the Missing PEACE."

In "THE PUZZLE OF LIFE and the Missing PEACE," Morgen interprets biblical passages from a symbolic point of view, rather than a literal one.

"This metaphoric look at the Bible will lead to a deeper understanding of who we are and how we are to live and why our conduct is so important," Morgen says. "In symbol and metaphor, the truth of what was presented to us becomes clear. The stories of the Bible became a puzzle to solve. Beliefs have done little for mankind. We are in search of the truth that will set us free."
