In "From Faith to Faith: A McGregor Novel" (published by WestBow Press), author M. Lyn Walker pens two inspiring stories about the pull of sin and the overwhelming power of God's saving grace.

Set in the fictional lakeside community of Indigo Beach, Mich., "From Faith to Faith" is organized into two novellas. In "Mack's Destiny," Macklin McGregor and his close childhood friend, Destiny Harding, face serious demons. Mack is well-known for his womanizing and anger while Destiny struggles with being a single parent to two children with very dangerous fathers. When Destiny swears celibacy, Mack begins his own journey of spiritual development.

In "Reva's Journey," Reva Mitchell comes to Indigo Beach to hide. On the run from a gang boss who wants her dead, Reva seeks solace in the local congregation where she meets Melvin Harris. Guided by the Holy Spirit, the two learn to let go of their pasts and turn to the healing power of love.

"The book is fresh and contemporary," writes Walker, "and offers practical spiritual examples of how intimacy with God is needed to overcome adversity, thus illuminating His relevancy."
