Promoting the concept of unconditional self-love and the elimination of judgmental behavior, the new book "Have Your Cupcake and Eat It Too!: Inspirational Intentions to Sweeten Your Life" (published by Balboa Press) from debut author Lynda Jamysen shares the uplifting techniques readers can use to eradicate self-judgment and find freedom and joy in their lives.

"Have Your Cupcake & Eat It Too!" is Jamysen's personal testament to the power of self-love. Most of her life she, too, was a victim of codependence and self-judgment. But as she learned to look within and give herself unconditional love and acceptance, she felt her world open up to the possibility of healthy, wonderful relationships with herself and others. Her new self-help guide provides readers with encouraging "cupcakes" of knowledge to inspire self-acceptance and self-love. Each cupcake stands for one of Jamysen's "ah-ha" moments that changed her life and that she hopes will change readers' lives.

"It seems everywhere we turn there is something about valuing each person and being yourself, from car commercials to Dr. Pepper ads," Jamysen says. "The message is to be yourself. The difference between the message out there and my message is that it all starts with unconditional love of self in order to be that amazing person and trying not to believe what others say about you."

Jamysen says she hopes readers realize how amazing they are after reading her book. She wants all people to achieve complete self-acceptance, so that they, too, can change the world in positive ways.
