On November 10, 2014, Glenn Llopis, a nationally recognized thought leader, bestselling author and contributing writer to Forbes, Harvard Business Review and Huffington Post will launch his latest eBook on Amazon.com titled, Preparing U.S. Leadership for the Seismic Cultural Demographic Shift, where he introduces the untold strategy to return America's corporations to new growth and innovation greatness.

According to the U.S. Census, Hispanics along with African Americans and Asian Pacific Islanders surpassed one third of the U.S. population in 2010. As their numbers continue to rise, they are on track to reach 54% of the population by 2050 - making them the minority-majority. According to Llopis, "every day, Fortune 500 companies and leaders across all functional areas and departments are unknowingly creating tension points with their employees, clients and consumers. Why? Because they lack the cultural know-how to most authentically engage with them - and this is what's making it so difficult to capture favorable and sustainable ROI."

Llopis believes that at its core, the cultural demographic shift is about change management and the influence it has on corporate business models. In the ebook, Llopis addresses why and how business leaders, across all industries, must consider the strategic implications of cross-cultural intelligence, diversity of thought and the rapidly evolving insights from the changing face of America's workforce and consumers. Llopis will share his breakthrough message with corporations, universities and government leaders in the United States and emerging economies internationally given the implications of what his message represents to the global marketplace.

"Leveraging the cultural demographic shift calls for a business model and full-scale strategy that fully prepares an organization to leverage today's reality of a rapidly growing diverse workforce and diverse consumer segments - and the previously unseen workplace and marketplace opportunities for innovation, economic growth, and global competitiveness associated with them," concludes Llopis.

Llopis is the Chairman of the Glenn Llopis Group, a nationally-recognized thought leadership, human capital, and business strategy consulting firm whose product and service offerings for Fortune 500 clients include leadership and talent development, cultural intelligence competency, content marketing, communications, business strategy and modeling, and workplace culture transformation.
