Carolina Gårdheim Releases 'Unleash Your Creative Spirit!'

Carolina Gårdheim has been on a journey of personal and spiritual development for all her life, and especially since she got burned out in 1997. One of the reasons she got burned out was that she had completely shut down her creativity. Her focus on bringing back the creativity in her life led her to start her company, Kreativ Insikt (Creative Insight). Seven years later, Gårdheim felt she had so much to inspire about that she wanted to put it all in one big book. It led her in writing "Unleash Your Creative Spirit!: The Guide to Building Your Dream Life" (published by Balboa Press) which was released in Sweden in 2011.

This book shares Gårdheim's own journey with her ideas about inner happiness and how one's energy can affect the world. Exercises such as meditation, visualization and journaling encourage readers to question and analyze who they are, what they enjoy, what they excel at and what they want out of their life. In addition, this book provides tools and strategies to aid readers when they face doubt as they work toward their goals. Each chapter also contains sayings with wisdom and occasional affirmations for the readers.

Carolina Gårdheim is an author and coach, whose aim is to support creative women all around the world. Gårdheim started her company Kreativ Insikt (Creative Insight) in 2003. She writes inspirational books and designs a variety of lifestyle products; some of her products have been translated into English.
