Author Antonio Suhuba-Baruti offers readers an honest, informational guide to achieving and maintaining good health in his practical new lifestyle guide "BBW, the Myth: Don't get caught up in the hype. Quality is most important" (published by AuthorHouse).

According to the most recent statistics from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately 37 percent of American adults are obese, and those ages 60 and older are more likely to be significantly overweight. Obesity can cause a host of other health problems, and Suhuba-Baruti is hopeful that his book will convince readers to change their habits and embrace the benefits of an active, healthy lifestyle.

An excerpt from "BBW, the Myth":

"This book has something for everyone. You can't get around it. Quality of life is so important for all of us. Now we can realize the plan to maximize our quality of life. You will love the results so much that the process will be of little consequence. You will live and love life again."

Suhuba-Baruti wants readers to be aware of the impact that their choices have on those around them. "There is so much to do in this world today and people need to be healthy to enjoy all the wonders," he writes.
