The book is a compilation of the author's letters to Oprah Winfrey to let the world know of her struggles in life. Although she never did get to send them, she was still able to compile them and make them into a book that shows how, through God's love, she was able to weather the storms and live her life.

This inspiring book shows readers that no matter how tough life is, one should never give up. It shows that one should always persevere and trust in God's unending love.
