I have tickets for Dear Evan Hansen on Tue 11/15 8pm Mezz J113 and J114, and I can't go that day. Would anyone like to swap your Wed 11/16 tickets for them? Willing to offer cash as well if your seats are better. Make me an offer via private message.

Just go back to point of purchase and ask them to switch it.  They usually will help.
