Anyone in Seattle... what do you think of another theater say like the Moore, Paramount, 5th Avenue, coming to Seattle? Thoughts?

What do you mean? Building another mid-size road venue?

We live in Canada, 2 hours north of Seattle and visit both the Paramount & 5th Ave theaters 3-4 times a year for live theater. I don't see a need for another theater in the downtown?  Both these theaters are within walking distance of each other, and I think the 5th Ave theater has done some upgrades for the new season. Not sure the need for another theater

No we don't. Seattle has such a great theatre scene already. Yes the 5th Ave, Paramount, and Moore bring in great shows or produce their own stuff but the mid-size to smaller theatres is really where the great theatre in Seattle is happening. The Seattle Repatory Theatre, ACT, Seattle Musical Theatre, Seattle Shakespeare Company, Village Theatre, ArtsWest and so many others are producing great stuff year around. Plus Seattle already gets all the touring shows. Opening another large theatre house would be useless I think.

Agreed with smaller theaters, although we don't get a chance to visit them all, we do enjoy the ACT theater productions and are actually going to Seattle in a couple weeks to enjoy and ACT theater production :)
