I wouldn't go so far as to say Jordan and Benanti would make the show a hot ticket. Maybe for theatre-lovers like us, but not for the general public. Even if they were really big-name actors, the show itself is still a tough sell.
But oh man I would LOVE for Parade to be revived. The concert was incredible, and I just love the show. Benanti and Jordan were great, but if there's one person from the concert who I would die to see again, it's Josh Henry. If he played that role on Broadway as well as he did in the concert, I think the Tony would be his for the winning.
I thought Benanti was a big disappointment in that concert, but Jordan was absolutely fantastic. I'd LOVE to see what he could do in a fully staged revival.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

I know it's unlikely for a commercial-driven production, but there's always the nonprofits to hope for! They should also take advantage of the interest in Making A Murderer which has similar themes across both stories.
