For you horror fans out there...save your money. I thought it was really awful. Not a scare in the entire movie. On the other hand, Eli Roth's The Green Inferno finally made it to the redbox this past week. Now that was a scary movie, especially for someone who has traveled to Peru.
I'm happy it's bombing. I thought the book was a stupid idea, and I felt vaguely insulted by someone just taking a classic novel and adding zombies to it and calling that a book (rather than, say, internet fan-fiction) so I've got a nice little schadenfreude going on over the fact that the public is clearly tired of it, as well.
The Green Inferno was weak, I thought. Didn't find it scary at all.
