I am trying to finalize the last show for my trip next week. I will be booking my tickets with TDF, but am having a hard time deciding between Rocky and Bullets Over Broadway. Any Suggestions? How have the seats been for either of these with TDF?

I had TDF ticket for Rocky. They were in the rear orchestra, somewhat to the side. The view was fine. I did rush for Bullets, so I don't know where those seats have been.

I did TDF for both. Rear orchestra for both as well. House right for Rocky, house left for Bullets.

Perfect views for both but a bit more toward the center for Rocky.

Saw both our seats were fine. But I would see Rocky again from further back seats (we won the lotto for Rocky and were in the Golden Circle).

I sat in the side orchestra for both shows through TDF. I personally preferred Rocky to Bullets.

I saw both from the mezzanine and would recommend Rocky.

Bullets is better than Rocky, but I didn't like either of them. Sat in the rear orch with TDF for Bullets.

Did TDF for both. Rocky was rear orchestra, great view of the full stage and fantastic for the fight. Bullets was row F, house left, slightly obstructed but not terrible at all. Enjoyed both shows for what they were, but Rocky is worth it just for the last 20 minutes.

I liked Bullets a lot more than Rocky, for whatever that's worth.

Bullets Over Broadway was a wonderful Iconic film.
The musical is mediocre at best and unfortunately Susan
Stroman is repeating herself. Susan Stroman musicals are starting
to look all alike. The ending is god awful and slap dash.
Let's just sing Yes We Have No Bananas and call it a night.
Don't get me wrong; Bullets is not terrible; its just not good.

Rocky, while not perfect, is an exciting spectacle. I would go to Rocky over Bullets
but I definitely would make it my business to see the wonderful movie Bullets Over Broadway.

Thank you all for your input. I have decided to go with Rocky, I am very excited to see all the technical aspects involved in the last 20 minutes.

Has anyone gotten tickets for Bullets from TDF lately, and if so, where were they in the theatre?

I got TDF seats for bullets about a month back, they were last row orchestra center, on the aisle. The only obstruction was Lenny Wolpe's "cotton club" scene

Thanks, I think I'll be seeing this then. I'm happy to hear that they've still been giving out orchestra seats despite the warning they've had up for a while that all seats will be in the mezzanine.

I did TDF for Bullets the first week of July and got left orchestra, Row M, just a few seats off the center aisle -- was a great seat. When I booked the ticket, the message on TDF said that the seat would be in the mezzanine, but it obviously was not. There was a couple in line behind me who also did TDF, and they got center orchestra row N, so the seat selection for TDF seemed to be pretty good (at least that night). For what it's worth, I also had a great time at the show -- found it really entertaining, too bad that it's closing.

I did rush for both and got front row 3 in from the left. That is a great place to see Rocky because his apt set is on that side so the action is close. Also, when the ring at the end extends out over the seats I was considerably closer than the bleachers on the stage.

The front row was fine for me, if you are short you won't be able to see over the edge of the stage that projects out on the sides.

Rocky is a better show overall. But, if you want jokes, pretty sets and dancing take Bullets, its a good time even with the lame ending.

I love Rocky!!! I think you made a good choice. The ending with the fight is fantastic, but the rest of the show is excellent too. Andy Karl is fantastic and the rest of the cast is wonderful too. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I saw both Rocky and Bullets. Before seeing them I would have thought I would have preferred Bullets, but I actually liked Rocky better. As has been mentioned, the ending in Bullets was just God awful. When they started singing "We have no bananas" I thought it was a joke or a mistake for a minute. I would give Bullets a 6/10 and Rocky a 7.5/10. So my vote is for Rocky.
