So, we all know that the new telecharge website sucks. However, as I discovered awhile back in an older thread, if you go to www2.telecharge.com, it directs you to the old (and in my opinion) better telecharge page. However, I was just wondering, if I were to buy a ticket from that site, would it still go through as if I bought it off the new site, or will there be issues?

It's the same back-end system, no reason to worry about it. Plus, a lot of people seemingly do it on here.
I don't get it, though. I know the new system isn't perfect, but I like seeing all of the available seats I can pick from on the new version, so count me out of "we all know that the new telecharge website sucks."
^ It feels hard to get anywhere on the new one. And oddly enough, I was seeing how much a non discounted ticket would be in the rear mezzanine for Pippin through the new site. Went through Broadway Offers with the discount, which is like the old site, and I got a better seat than the seating map on the new site showed as available.

That's not a good test case, since they may linked certain seats to only show up with the Broadway Offers code. If you compare non-discounted tickets on the old and new sites, I always saw the same ones come up.
That isn't to say I love the Telecharge site, of course. On the much-better Ticketmaster site, you can see all the available seats and if better seats are available with an AMEX code or some other kind of promotion, it will give you some indication that the seat is available and how to unlock it, etc. Plus, you can see how a promotion code turns some, but not all regular priced seats, into discounted ones.
