When I get back to school I can post a picture, but what I do is cut out newspaper ads or articles and put them up. Which is a fun, cheaper, option. Picture to come probably Saturday.

No that is not ok, this is for Broadway posters only.

I got them at Aaron Brothers. Bought 14x22 inch glass with UV protection (some posters will fade over time) and got the metal frames separately. Don't remember the cost because I bought one at a time over a long period.

Has anyone used frames from hollywoodposterframe.com? I am expecting to get the pre-order signed poster of ALNM, and I was going to frame that one to hang (I also have a bunch of other posters that I would like to frame, but this one would be my first signed one). I live over in the Seattle area, and doing a little research, most frame shops around here do not carry any pre-made 14x22 frames as a standard size, and I don't want to pay the price they want for custom frames.

There's a pre-order signed ALNM poster?

dshnookie:

There was info from last Wednesday that you can pre-order the ALNM CD from either PS Classics or Nonesuch websites that you can get a signed poster for $10 more (so about $28 for the signed poster and the CD). They started taking pre-orders at midnight on Thursday, and were sold out by noon. Each site only got 25 posters each.

I wish I had room to put all of mine on one wall. I don't have a TON, but my room is very oddly arranged. If I get a few minutes, I'll try to put up some pictures of my displays (which is still a bit of a work in progress, since I am waiting on some frames and some Playbills).

I have a bunch of broadway flyers on the side of my desk but that's about it. I really want to get a bunch of records and frame them but I'm not sure if it's worth it seeing as I'm leaving for college next year.

This thread is making me realize I need to rearrange my walls and hang up my posters. I also need to buy some new ones.

If anyone's interested, Follies window cards are on sale at amazon. Reproductions, mind you, but still a Follies poster.

I have a couple of other windowcards that I don't have frames (or room) for ('Curtains', 'Memphis', and 'In the Other Room'). And I'm in the process of slowly switching over my frames to proper ones rather than the cheap, ill-fitted ones I got at Wal-Mart.

Sorry these aren't closer up- I have a lot more that are framed on the second floor of the house, but I'm too lazy to go take pictures right now.

I also have a collection of London ones, all Webber: By Jeeves, OLC Sunset, Buckley/Barrowman Sunset, Love Never Dies, Aspects of Love, Song & Dance, Woman In White & Whistle Down The Wind.

Good thread- I love seeing how other people have their Window Cards arranged.

I also LOVED the framed CD's- Very Cool!

Those framed CDs are wicked cool, except that it bothers my OCD for the Hair one to be upside down!! :)

That is weird about the Hair CD (although I am impressed that you noticed that!) -- I wonder why they don't just turn it around.

dragonlp, when did you get your Next to Normal poster (I assume at the theater)? I didn't know they had changed them to say that it won the Pulitzer Prize. And who signed the poster?

Castlestreet, this is off topic, but what color green is that on the walls? I'm looking for color ideas for my living room.
