I had heard from someone involved with the show that it may extend to the end of July with the possibility till the end of summer...I guess they're working on it w/ Cheno's schedule first.

At the very most, it may extend until the end of the summer, because once the fall season starts up, Roundabout is moving in their next production at the American Airlines Theatre.
"Mostly, I loved the size of these people's emotions. Nobody has emotions this size anymore. Outsized emotions. Operatic emotions. Kushemski and Vanda are like Tristan and Isolde, they're Paolo and Francesca. Nobody's in total thrall like this anymore. Nobody's overcome by passion like this, or goes through this kind of rage." The next show at the American Airlines will be Noises Off if I'm not mistaken which only begins in November. So there is plenty of time just considering theater availability. That being said end of the summer does sound reasonable. It's a very demanding show for all the actors, and I find an extension of more than say 2 months (i.e. end of August) very unlikely.
According to the Roundabout website Noises Off is going into the AA (if you go through the subscription info, not on the show page), the venue for Therese Raquin is still set TBA. I don't know how much of a limited run that is, but it's set to start Oct 1, and Noises Off starts mid December (and will probably need the theater at least 2 weeks ahead for tech), it seems unlikely that they will both go into the American Airlines, esp. when Studio 54 is empty after the end of the limited run of An Act of God. So I'm guessing Therese Raquin will play at Studio 54, which would leave the AA unoccupied through the fall and plenty of room for an OTTC extension.
OLD TIMES starring Clive Owen is scheduled to begin previews on September 17th. RTC hasn't announced which theater OLD TIMES and THERESE RAQUIN are playing yet, so unless RTC is going to rent out another theater like LCT has done in the past, those two productions will play the AA and Studio 54.
Oh, I totally missed that show altogether. Again, if you go through the subscription (https://www2.roundabouttheatre.org/subscribe/step1_cyo.cfm), is has a venue listed there and it's the American Airlines. So that definitely limits a possible extension to max mid-end of August.
I hope it does extend! dying to see it and trying to save up. download todaytix app and use my referral code RSDSI to get $20 off and help me earn referrals! When is it scheduled to close?
I don't know if this means anything one way or the other but at the 92Y talk with Peter Gallagher and Kristin Chenoweth last night there was no mention of an extension. Of course, that might have been because they were asked the most basic (in both senses) questions.
