Hello! I am planning on trying to see the show tomorrow. I would really like to see it with Ben if I am going to wait on a cancellation line for hours. Would someone be able to confirm if he is in tonight/will be in tomorrow?

Thanks!

Hi, I'm just wondering if I line up at box office at 8am this Saturday for an evening ticket ( not matinee) to DEH will they have only matinee tickets or both? I'm planning on leaving after I get to box office ( just after 10) because I am going to come from away for the matinee that day! Thanks!

Ben went on for the Wednesday evening show and the Thursday evening show. The first person arrived today at 6:30. The third person arrived at 9:30. At 10:15 there were 5 people in line.

Does anyone here happen to know how often unclaimed SRO tickets end up getting sold to the cancellation line? Thanks so much!

It honestly depends. I think the music box has a rather smaller amount of sro available (I believe there's 8.) Usually I'd say they're all claimed especially if Ben is on, but I've seen 2, I've seen 4, or even more.

Yes! I've just grabbed a ticket for October 11th (matinee) - Mezzanine row E for just $189!

I couldn't afford premium prices so I've been entering every day, non-stop, since I knew the exact date I was going to be in NY and finally today it was worth it, and I have my ticket :) So just keep entering because it's just luck I guess (I think there are still a few, if you are quick)

Anyone have any info on how long people are waiting in the cancellation line before they get tickets, about what time they're giving them out, if they normally have some when the box office opens, etc.?

I've heard of some people getting there (at the earliest) anywhere between 6-8 am

It looks like you've been on top of things, Mary, but, if the normal release pattern holds up, Monday should be your day to check. Yesterday's tickets were released last Monday between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

This is exactly what I've been wondering!! I wonder how likely it is to stand in the cancellation line and get SRO. I might give it a shot.

Wow thanks to this thread I was able to snatch up an Oct 25 ticket. If I can't go I;m sure tons of people will want to go. I love this thread!

It's been 7 and a half hours and there are still seats left

I guess Wednesday Matinee is the main reason it hasn't sold out. Still, if people want to see it, good opportunity.

I saw the messages about 25 October about 8 hours after they were posted, so I was a bit bummed that I missed them, but I decided to check Telecharge anyway.  Managed to still snatch some up, and there were even a few left afterward as well!  Thank you so much to you guys; you're awesome!

(I wonder why there were so many seats open for that one performance randomly; but I'm not going to question it!  Hahaha.)

It's funny how Broadway World has an article today about how to get tickets to sold out shows, yet they fail to mention their own message boards. The ticketing tips on these threads are priceless.
