I have been blessed with a nice bank of TodayTix referral cash, but I am leaving the east coast very soon. I have one opportunity for a show, a matinee next week. I can afford pretty much any show. Help me? I'll be moving to a city that is tour-heavy, so I would rather see a show that is especially worth seeing in NY.
Fun Home?
Neverland?
American in Paris?
Gentleman's Guide?
Curious Dog?
For what it's worth, I already have tickets to King and I, Something Rotten and Hamilton.
I absolutely loved Curious Incident, one of my favorites of the season so that would be my first choice. Fun Home should not be missed either, especially since I don't know if it'll tour.
A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
I liked On the Town and Gigi much more than all those shows to be honest.
"People have their opinions and that doesn't mean that their opinions are wrong or right. I just take it with a grain of salt because opinions are like as*holes, everyone has one".

I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.
Pending ticket availability, I think it will be Fun Home for me. If I can work in a second show I will be sure to think hard about Hand to God or Curious Incident. Thanks for the endorsements!
