Storytelling is a tradition that has been passed on from generation to generation. There is something truly wonderful about reading stories. Stories allow people to share laughter and impart wisdom. Debut author Shirley Ann Alpers demonstrates her gift as a storyteller in "Miss Lilly The Cute Little Llama". This new book makes storytelling a more rewarding experience with its heady mix of vibrant illustrations, adorable characters, fun trivia and an engaging narrative.

The story takes place on a farm filled with delightful animals including sheep, goats, donkeys and chickens. The farmer and his wife decide to get a pair of llamas and that is when the fun starts. Llamas, well known for their unique appearance and quirky behavior, make an interesting addition to the farm. The new arrivals are given the names Daisy and Lurenzo.

One day, Daisy begins acting strangely. The farmer's wife decides to read about llamas and their behavior and she discovers interesting news. What could it be?

An excellent introduction into the world of reading, "Miss Lilly The Cute Little Llama" makes storytelling time both entertaining and informative.

"Miss Lilly The Cute Little Llama" will be featured at the 2013 Guadalajara Book Fair in Guadalajara, Mexico, which will run from Nov. 30 to Dec. 4, 2013. For more information, log on to http://www.Xlibris.com.
