The deadline to submit teachers for the inaugural Tony Awards and Carnegie Mellon University Excellence in Theatre Education Award is tomorrow, March 31. Just in time for final submissions, Tony Award winner and Carnegie Mellon University alumna Sutton Foster shares how her teachers have influenced her life and career in a new video message. Check it out below!

Nominations for the Excellence in Theatre Education Award are open to the public now through March 31, 2015, for teachers at an accredited K-12 institution or recognized community theatre organization anywhere in the United States.

One winner will be selected to receive the Excellence in Theatre Education Award on stage at Radio City Music Hall during the 69th Annual Tony Awards telecast on CBS at 8 p.m. (Eastern Time), Sunday, June 7, 2015.
