In this episode, Kim and Grayson challenge a state law that prohibits gay men from being sperm donors while representing a donor seeking to retain his parental rights Jane's lawsuit on behalf of a teenager who collapsed at a rave prompts a death threat against Owen, distracting her from planning for the big day. Teri and Luke are recruited to help out but instead stir up some trouble when they attend Jane's tasting appointment with celebrity chef Ron Ben-Israel.

Lifetime’s critically acclaimed hit series, "Drop Dead Diva," returned for a fourth season with 13 new episodes. The one-hour, comedic drama tells the story of a shallow wannabe model who dies in a sudden accident only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of a brilliant, plus-size and recently deceased attorney, Jane.
