Stage and screen star Jesse Tyler Ferguson got a birthday serenade from the Boston Gay Men's Chorus courtesy of his ABC "Modern Family" co-star Eric Stonestreet. Stonestreet asked the Boston Gay Men's Chorus to surprise Jesse and sing "Happy Birthday" at the end of their show on October 22nd at the Wilbur Theatre. Check out the birthday surprise below!

Ferguson recently appeared in the Hollywood Bowl production of The Producers. His Broadway credits include On the Twentieth Century, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and On The Town. Off-Broadway credits include The Winter's Tale, The Merchant of Venice, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Little Fish, Where Do We Live?, the Encores! concert version of Hair in 2001, Newyorkers, Kean and more.
