Roxy Regional Theatre to Host Gala 33, 9/19

Celebrate 33 years of live entertainment on the corner of Franklin and First in downtown Clarksville with an evening of great food, fine art and splendid theatre. On Saturday, September 19, Gala 33 will kick off the Roxy Regional Theatre's 2015-2016 season of professional live theatre.

The theatre's annual fundraiser will begin at 6:00pm with an oyster bar and Harvest Manhattans, compliments of MB Roland Distillery, and a silent auction of diverse and original works by area artists, trips and specialty gift baskets.

At 6:30pm patrons will dine al fresco on June Rubbed Filet of Beef and Crab Cakes; Goat Cheese and Asparagus Risotto; Brandied Pear Salad; and, for dessert, individual servings of Bailey's Chocolate Fondue. Dinner will be complemented with Beachaven wines.

F&M Bank's Sammy Stuard will once again lend his skills to the live auction inside the Roxy Regional Theatre at 7:30pm. In addition to artwork, this year's auction will include all-inclusive vacation packages to the People's Choice Awards in Los Angeles (featuring red carpet viewing, orchestra level tickets, GRAMMY Museum VIP tour, and a three-night stay with airfare for two) and New Orleans (featuring Preservation Hall of Jazz VIP admission, Commander's Palace jazz brunch or dinner with wine pairing, and a Hyatt French Quarter 3-night stay with airfare for two).

Capping off the evening, this year's entertainment includes musical selections from Lionel Bart's OLIVER!, as well as children's favorite GO, DOG. GO! and our hit '20s musical revue SPEAKEASY.

Tickets to Gala 33 are $125 per person. Tables (seating ten) are available for $1,250.
