Author Ronald Rand, celebrated U.S. Goodwill Cultural Ambassador, has performed and taught for over two decades on five continents, in twenty-three countries and twenty states, including two critically-acclaimed runs Off-Broadway in his celebrated solo play LET IT BE ART! as Harold Clurman, the "elder statesman of the American Theatre." Mr. Rand is the author of the best-selling book "Acting Teachers of America," and the Founder and Publisher of "The Soul of the American Actor." He is the first U.S. State Department Fulbright Specialist to teach at the University of Malaya's Cultural Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and at the University of Sarajevo's Academy of Dramatic Arts in Bosnia & Herzegovina for six weeks. Mr. Rand has appeared in over two hundred films and TV shows including opposite Christopher Plummer in A Marriage: O'Keefe and Stieglitz on American Playhouse, Homeless with Yoko Ono, and Quiz Show opposite Ralph Fiennes, directed by Robert Redford.
