RISE OF THE REAL MAN to Play Gorilla Tango Bucktown, 4/17 & 19

Rise of the Real Man explores the state of mankind in the many violent crime ridding neighborhoods of the west, east and south sides of the City of Chicago and what can be done to address some of these issues. This is the second run of Rise of the Real Man which was written and directed by upcoming playwright Antwan L Johnson the production starring cast is Dida Sims as D, Candace Williams as Crystal, Brian Knall as Jamaal, Renee LaCroix as Monique, Serena Sacco as Brandy, and Damon Eubanks as Foots.

Production will take place on April 17th 7:30 p.m. and April 19th 4:00 p.m.at Gorilla Tango Theatre 1919 North Milwaukee Ave. "Rise of the Real Man a very thought provoking play, that will surely make you laugh and the cast will make you interact with them" Marvin Nurse jr. Stage Manager.

Inspiring Minds Group is a nonprofit theatre arts company that was created in the summer of 2010. The organization was created at the time by five students from Harold Washington College whom pursued theatre as a career. As a theatre company we strive to inspire people to pursue a career in theatre arts. Some efforts are in progress including workshops, networking events, theatrical productions and general enrichment.
