Rosie O’Donnell hosted "A Broadway Extravaganza, a benefit for Rosie’s Broadway Kids" at 8PM on Monday, November 23. This years celebration included a star-studded tribute performance honoring the one and only Queen Latifah at the world famous Palace Theatre.
Rosie hosted the evening, which was directed by Christopher Gattelli and featured a 20-piece orchestra at the legendary Palace Theatre. Rosie’s Broadway Kids teaches musical theatre to thousands of underprivileged children throughout New York City, and proceeds from the evening will help continue RBKid’s efforts, whose mission is to improve the lives of children through the arts.

After his life as an ingenue in Brooklyn & Queens, Walter spent the next 25 Years in a leading role as a Photographer / Photo Researcher in Manhattan. He is currently headlining in New Jersey with his partner Richard and children Dali & Gala. As a 14 year old youth, Walter was transfixed by his first Broadway Show, the original production of "GREASE". His journey on the path to celebrity photojournalism began that fateful night.
