Popular downtown stars Justin Bond and Kenny Mellman--aka Kiki and Herb--will star on Broadway for a limited engagement at the Helen Hayes Theatre.  The stars recently appeared in a press preview at Madame Tussaud's, where wax statues of the two were unveiled.

Following the run of Sarah Jones' hit Bridge & Tunnel (ending August 6th), Kiki & Herb Alive on Broadway will play the Helen Hayes from August 11th through September 10th.  After that show's limited run, Jay Johnson: The Two and Only! will move in on September 19th.

"Kiki is a brash, boozy septuagenarian chanteuse.
