NBA TV's Opening Week Viewership Up 8% from 2012

Through the opening week of the 2013-14 NBA regular season, NBA TV is averaging 396,000 total viewers for six telecasts, an increase of 8% compared with an average of 366,000 total viewers over the same time period last year. The network's most-viewed telecast to start the season was the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 10:30 p.m. ET, which generated an average of 595,000 total viewers.

NBA TV recorded its most-viewed complete regular season ever last year with an average of 336,000 total viewers for 98 regular season telecasts.

The network's upcoming game schedule:

Friday, Nov. 8
7 p.m. New York Knicks at Charlotte Bobcats
10 p.m. Sacramento Kings at Portland Trail Blazers

Saturday, Nov. 9
7:30 p.m. Indiana Pacers at Brooklyn Nets

Monday, Nov. 11
9 p.m. Denver Nuggets at Utah Jazz
