John Tartaglia's IMAGINOCEAN, SID THE SCIENCE KID, and DINOSAUR TRAIN to Launch US Tours in 2014-15

Today Gables Grove Productions Inc. announced 2014/2015 U.S. tour dates for its international hit John Tartaglia's ImaginOcean; Sid the Science Kid-Live!; and Dinosaur Train Live! Buddy's Big Adventure.

John Tartaglia and Michael Shawn Lewis, Gables Grove co-founders, are the creators, writers, voiceover artists, and producers of the Drama Desk Award-nominated Off-Broadway musical hit John Tartaglia's ImaginOcean that ran from 2010 to 2011. The show followed with two U.S. and international tours to over 60 U.S. cities, Singapore and Australia, and currently plays on select ships on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. The glow-in-the-dark production for kids of all ages will launch its third U.S. tour October 2014 to March 2015 in approximately 30 cities.

Based on the popular PBS KIDS television series, Gables Grove is the co-creator and a producer of Sid the Science Kid Live!, the spectacular live musical adventure featuring Sid, Gabriela, Gerald and May. Tartaglia is also the director. The show went on tour to 38 U.S. cities in January 2014 to May 2014 and is set to go on its second tour October 2014 to March 2015.

Gables Grove brings the beloved stars of the hit PBS series live to the stage for an interactive, fun-filled adventure with Buddy, Tiny, Don and their friends in Dinosaur Train Live! Buddy's Big Adventure, which Tartaglia also directs. The show takes the audience on a live trip back to a time when dinosaurs roamed the earth, and landed in 40 U.S. cities on its first tour October 2013 to March 2014. The second tour runs January 2015 to May 2015.

Drama Desk Award nominated producer, writer, and performer Lewis, and Emmy, Tony and Drama Desk Award nominated producer, director, writer, and performer Tartaglia, co-founded the Manhattan-based multimedia family entertainment company Gables Grove Productions, Inc in 2009. Hundreds of venues around the world have been home to shows from GGP. GGP works with exceptional creative organizations including Jim Henson Productions; Jim Henson Creative Shop; Out of the Blue Productions; Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines; Carnival Cruise Lines; Walt Disney Creative Entertainment; Walt Disney Imagineering; Disney Cruise Lines; and independent producers and writers, to create and implement some of the most original, outstanding family entertainment around the world.
