"Holiday is Philip Barry's delightful tale of an unhappy heiress who falls in love with her stodgy sister's freethinking fiancé. Katharine Hepburn and Cary Grant made it memorable on film but it also has had three New York stage runs in 1928, 1973 and 1995 (Laura Linney and Tony Goldwyn last starred)," said Margot Harley, Producer of The Acting Company.

The Acting Company is in rehearsal with John Rando directing Tom Stoppard's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, which will run in repertory with Hamlet (Ian Belknap directs)during the month of January at The Pearl Theatre. Founded by John Houseman, Margot Harley, Kevin Kline, Patti LuPone, David Schramm and David Ogden Stiers in 1972, The Acting Company has toured to 49 states and 10 foreign countries earning a TONY for Excellence in Theater, Obies, Audelcos and Los Angeles Critics Circle Awards. Rainn Wilson, Frances Conroy, Jeffrey Wright, Harriet Harris, Keith David, Hamish Linklater and Jesse L. Martin are but a handful of other performers who began their careers on tour with The Acting Company.
