I love me some Katy Perry. She has mastered the art of mixing sexy with quirky which is not an easy task. And no matter what, Perry always stays true to herself. I am absolutely in love with this Vivenne Westwood dress. It has a vintage, Stepford Wives feel but is also very modern and sultry. It hugs Perry's gorgeous figure perfectly and is giving her cleavage for days! Give me a corset, cleavage and a some draping around my stomach any day of the week and I am one happy girl.

The styling and design of this dress is so smart because it keeps your eye moving upwards. I love the assymetrical draping in the front that is mirrored by the assymetrical neckline. The floral print is so lovely and feminine while the everything else about the dress screams sex. My only complaint about Perry's look is her hair style. She went a little too retro 1950's housewife on me and lost the sexiness. I think something simple and sleek would have finished off the look head-to-toe.
