As 2013 draws to a close, E! takes a look back at the most significant pop culture moments of the year in an all-new special, when "Pop Goes the Year" revisits the most shocking, surprising and OMG moments of the past 12 months. From the fashion, hookups and scandals, to the breakups, babies and feuds, E! News hosts Giuliana Rancic and Terrence Jenkins provide a guided tour of this year's most memorable events, people and trends, along with E! News co-hosts Jason Kennedy and Catt Sadler and correspondents Ali Fedotowsky, Jesse Giddings and Ken Baker.
