Chad Kimball Sings Against Facebook Shoe Spam!

Broadway favorite Chad Kimball is playing an active role in standing up against that pesky shoe spam on Facebook. Kimball, who recently wrote a song on the issue, titled 'Shoe Spam Stand-off', told Gawker, "A) Shoes smell. B) they're hideous to look at. I don't know anyone who would buy these shoes."

Chad Kimball received a Tony Award nomination for his performance as Huey Calhoun in the hit musical Memphis. Kimball created the role in productions at Seattle’s 5th Avenue Theater and The La Jolla Playhouse (San Diego Critics Circle award for Best Leading Male performance in a Musical).

Other Broadway credits include Into the Woods, Lennon, The Civil War and Good Vibrations. Off Broadway: Finians Rainbow, My Life with Albertine and Godspell. Chad received a Bistro Award for his solo show at Ars Nova which he reprised at Joe’s Pub. Chad is now starring in M is for Murder at the 59E59 Theater.
