'SO YA WANNA BE A BROADWAY STAR?' is an awesomely awkward comedic satire that follows Micki Manuel Minnelli ( Jamison Daniels), an overnight YouTube Celebrity searching for Broadway stardom wherever he can find it. A German documentary team follows him around on his daily journey with his fan-girl/make-up artist Sandy ( Patricia McCarthy) forever by his side. Will Micki become famous or infamous - and does he even know the difference?

The series comes from creator Jamison Daniels, who stars in the project alongside co-producer/co-writer/co-star Patricia McCarthy. Featured in the main cast are: Kyle Brand, Olithea Anglin, Bethany Lauren James, Rebecca Spigelman and more. In addition, expect some special guest stars, including Broadway notables Christine Dwyer (Wicked), Capathia Jenkins (Newsies, Caroline or Change) and writer/actress Mara Wilson, best known as the young breakout star in Matilda, Mrs. Doubtfire and Miracle on 34th Street.

The talent extends behind the camera, enlisting Director Blayze Teicher (Abstract Poverty, Tough Love); actress Blaire Wendel (Abstract Poverty, Tough Love) as Line Producer; writer/filmmaker Weston Daniels (Alone) as co-writer; 2014 ASCAP Foundation's Lucille and Jack Yellen Award winning Composer Alexander Sage Oyen (Outlaws); and actress-comedian Carlie Craig to edit the project. Also on board, the musical theatre songwriting duo Joe Kinosian & Kellen Blair who have written a number featured in the series.
