BROADWAY CELEBRATES dre.dance 12/14

dre.dance, the contemporary dance company, celebrates it's fifth anniversary with Broadway Celebrates dre.dance on Monday, December 14th at New World Stages (350 W. 50th Street).

Broadway, television, film and recording stars Brian d'Arcy James (Shrek, The Wild Party, Titanic, Sweet Smell of Success), Celia Keenan-Bolger (...Spelling Bee, Les Miserables, Little Fish), Steven Pasquale (Rescue Me, Reasons to be Pretty, Fat Pig), Lauren Kennedy (Spamalot, Side Show), Eric Jordan Young (Ragtime, Chicago), Tracy Jai Edwards (Legally Blonde, Hairspray), Asmeret Ghebremichael (Legally Blonde, Wicked), Jennifer Prescott (How to Succeed..., Carousel) and others share the stage with dre.dance, for an evening of intimate and incredible performances.

Artistic Director Andrew Palermo hosts the evening and a post show champagne reception for premium ticket buyers. John Bell music directs this exciting night of music and dance.

I'm thrilled to see the company continue to grow with national and international touring dates, enabling us to share our work with as great an audience as possible," said Andrew Palermo. "This benefit is a celebration of the company as we honor the completion of our first chapter and look to the future with excitement and expectation."

dre.dance was founded by childhood friends Andrew Palermo and Taye Diggs. This contemporary dance company has since presented five New York City seasons as well as touring and festival performances, residency work, and guest choreography.
