Voting opened this week for the 2013 BWW:UK Awards - and we've already had a record number of votes in!

Nominations ran through September, with readers sending in their choices for each category - the shortlists aren't produced by the BWW team, they're entirely dependent on reader opinion.

This year, due to the volume of nominations, we added some extra categories to ensure that readers' thoughts were properly represented - and so far they're proving very popular!

The Book of Mormon is currently leading in Best New Musical, with multi-Olivier winner The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time leading Best New Play.

Killian Donnelly (The Commitments) and Declan Bennett (Once) are tied at the head of Best Leading Actor in a West End Musical, with Zrinka Cvitešic (Once) and Cynthia Erivo (The Color Purple) neck and neck in the Actress category.

Les Miserables, 28 years on from its London opening, is at the head of the Best Long-Running Show category.

You can see the top three in each category below.
