The action-packed adventure story of Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton's best-selling book, The 13-Storey Treehouse comes to life on stage at the Dunstan Playhouse 5 - 7 July.

Who wouldn't want to live in a treehouse? Especially a 13-storey treehouse that has everything, including a bowling alley, secret underground laboratory, self-making beds and a marshmallow machine that shoots marshmallows into your mouth whenever you're hungry.

The performance is filled with flying cats, a mermaid, a sea monster, invading monkeys and a giant gorilla -with a box of costumes and props, some awesome technology and a truckload of imagination this play will have kids in stitches!

Written by Richard Tulloch (The Book of Everything, Bananas in Pyjamas) and based on the bestselling children's book by Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton, The 13-StoreyTreehouse is a rollicking romp through an action-packed hour of adventure.

Well-known for their adaptations of well-known books CDP Productions is an award winning theatre production house that specialises in boutique theatre of the highest quality. Renowned for their touring expertise, their productions have toured to theatres throughout Australia, to capital cities as well as to metropolitan, regional and remote communities. They have also toured internationally to the Edinburgh Festival, London International Theatre Festival, and to New Zealand.
