I know you all probably see this many, many times, but I'm not too familiar with the West End theater.

I'm seeing 4 shows.

So far, I've picked:

1. Billy Elliot
2. Mary Poppins
3. Les Mis

For my fourth, I was going to see ACORN ANTIQUES, but it's not listed. Has it closed?

So, since I've never seen BLOOD BROTHERS ever, I feel like I should. Is the current production worth seeing?

Acorn Antiques closed on 21st May last year after a limited 16 or so week run.

I would suggest Guys And Dolls and Blood Brothers which is still great - though its only currently booking another 6 weeks away to 4th March!

If you see Guys and Dolls, you will see the three biggest shows right now (Mary Poppins, Billy Elliot, Guys and Dolls). But I dont know your budget and this might be expensive

Ah, okay, Neddy. Thank you.

Do you all know if London has a student rush policy? I'd like to see these 4 shows full-price (since the parents are offering!) but others at a cheaper price if I can.

The Woman in Black looks good.

I remember days
Or at least I try

They're sort of haze
And the bluest ink
Isn't really sky
And at times I think
I would gladly die
For a day of sky

it depends what shows you go and see and there availibility, some of them do do student discount an hour or half hour before the show starts..(bring a valid student card) failing this just go to the ticket booth in the middle of lester square on the morning you want to see a show,it opens from ten and you can get most tickets there apart from the big shows ie Mary,Billy etc check out there website for more info and how to find the booth if you have never been to london etc. http://www.officiallondontheatre.co.uk/
Hope this helps.

If you can pay full price go see Guys and Dolls! It is a great show, and one of the funnest show's I have EVER been too. Also, maybe at Liechester (spelling?) square. The Women in
Black, Chicago (if you havent seen it), The Phantom (again if you haven't seen that either)!

I saw Blood Brothers on Thursday. It was ok, but I wouldn't go see it if you are only going to London for a short time and are on a budget. I got a matinee ticket the day of from TKTS and it was still 23 pounds.
