DLAP Group have announced that Tom O'Connell will be joining them this June in the role of Executive Producer. The Award-winning group have asked Tom to focus on developing exciting new works as well as being involved in some of their hugely popular current projects.

"We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Tom to DLAP Group. Tom is a sharp producer with a wealth of experience and passion for theatre and he will be a great addition to our team. As Executive Producer, Tom will spearhead new commercial productions including new plays and musicals, as well as revivals and other formats, working closely with our existing in-house team. We are excited for Tom to bring his creative flare to the company and grow our production division over the coming years." -DLAP Group

Tom, who joins DLAP Group from his current role at Seabright Productions, has worked in the Theatre industry for almost 20 years. During that time he has not only worked on some of the industry's most iconic shows but has also been at the forefront of developing some of the most innovative recent productions including Brokeback Mountain and The Great British Bake Off Musical.

"I am honoured to be joining DLAP Group in this new role as Executive Producer after two years working in various producing roles at Seabright Productions. I'm looking forward to start working on a wide range of exciting new and existing projects; my passion has always been developing iconic titles into brand new productions as well as producing critically acclaimed revivals, and I aim to bring this passion with me to DLAP. I worked with Dan, Adam and Jason previously on The Wedding Singer many years ago, which was such a joyful and cheeky production created by the brilliant Nick Winston. Bearing in mind their recent successes with Bonnie & Clyde, Rock of Ages and Ariana DeBose at the Palladium as well as the plans they have for the future - I know this will be an exciting new chapter for me." -Tom O'Connell
