Snappy Title is back with Dream a Little Dream, for one night only at the Cochrane Theatre, Sunday 19 September 2010, 7pm.

Snappy Title: Dream a Little Dream will feature songs from new musicals by composers including Mark Bunyan (Achilles in Heels), Matt Board (Austentatious), Michael Yale and Charlie Round-Turner (Cheri the Musical) and Alexander Bermange (Walking on the Sun, Odette and Plague Over England). The production will also include a tribute to Broadway legend Jule Styne (Gypsy, Funny Girl) as well as showcasing new American composers Nick Robertson and Charles Bloom.

Performers include Bronte Barbe (BBC's Over the Rainbow), Lucy May Barker (Spring Awakening, Earthquakes in London), Cassidy Janson (Avenue Q, Wicked), Jeremy Legat (Wicked), Gemma Sutton (Oklahoma! National Tour and Imagine This), Michael Peavoy (Hamlet at The National Theatre, Stephen Sondheim Society Young Performer of the Year winner) and Lucy Mills (Austentatious). The show will feature an ensemble of recent graduates from top drama schools bringing together the best new writers of musical theatre with the best new performers. Additional principal performers will be announced shortly. All artists appear subject to professional commitments.

Snappy Title: Dream a Little Dream is in aid of children's charity Dreams Come True. Dreams Come True is a national charity serving the whole of the UK with the mission of bringing joy to children who are terminally or seriously ill by making their treasured dreams come true. Since the charity was incorporated in 1988 it has fulfilled the dreams of more than 4,500 children with severe and life threatening illnesses such as cancer, cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy.

Snappy Title is produced by Katy Auker and Peter Huntley, who also directs. Peter is currently on the Stage One Apprentice Scheme for New Producers and produced last year's acclaimed production of Austentatious at the Landor. Choreography is by Damian Sandys (Tick, Tick... Boom!, Union) and Musical Direction is by Chris Mundy (Austentatious, Landor and The Pirates of Penzance, Union and Wilton's Music Hall). In keeping with the producers' desire to promote new talent, Josh Seymour, a recent Cambridge graduate (where he directed productions including The Crucible and That Face), is associate director for the evening.

Tickets £10 & £15, Concessions £5. Limited £25 premium seats are available and include a post-show meet and greet with the company.
