Ruthie Henshall – the internationally acclaimed star of Chicago and Les Misérables – is set to release her fourth solo album in 2013.

The album will feature songs highlighting Ruthie's twenty-five year career in musical theatre as a selection of popular songs from her concert performances.

In a unique move, the singer is also offering her fans the chance to have their say on what songs they'd like her to record. Encouraged to choose songs that they might not have heard Ruthie sing yet, fans can nominate songs they'd like to see added to Ruthie's repertoire or they can vote from an existing list via a poll on Ruthie's official website (www.ruthiehenshall.com). The singer will choose her favourites from the top ten choices, which will feature on the new CD along with her own personal choices.

"I know there are songs that people would love to hear me sing. Here's a chance to tell me what they are! I am open to suggestions for old and new songs. Help me to make the best recording to celebrate my twenty-five years in the business! I want your ideas!"
