Redford will join previously announced love triangle Nancy Carroll, Rufus Sewell and Oliver Chris in the cast.

CLOSER premiered at the National Theatre in 1997 and made its Broadway debut two years later. It won the 1998 Olivier Award for Best New Play and was nominated for the '99 Tony Award in the same category. The show has seen Clive Owen, Ciaran Hinds, Anna Friel, Natasha Richardson and more in its cast over the years and was adapted into a feature film in 2004.

Redford just finished a run in Ghost From A Perfect Place at the Arcola Theatre. She has appeared on the big screen in The Riot Club and Testament Of Youth.
