Photo Flash: Sanjeev Bhaskar And Eric Idle Of Spamalot

Telling the legendary tale of King Arthur and his knights of the Round Table, and featuring a bevy of beautiful showgirls, not to mention cows, killer rabbits and French people, Monty Pyton's SPAMALOT "raises silliness to an art form" (The Sunday Times) and has been hailed as "a no holds-barred smash hit." Monty Python's SPAMALOT is directed by Mike Nicholls, with book and lyrics by Eric Idle.

The Grammy Award-winning score is by Eric Idle and John Du Prez.

Sanjeev Bhaskar plays King Arthur. He is confirmed as the last King of the Britons to perform at the Palace Theatre in Monty Python’s SPAMALOT.  Bhaskar, who was due to end his run on 5 October, will now retain his throne until the show’s final West End performance on Saturday 3 January 2009 at 8pm.  In June this year Bhaskar was crowned as the new King Arthur, following in the footsteps of Tim Curry, Simon Russell Beale, Peter Davison and Alan Dale.
