London, December 1940: the bombs rain down in the Blitz, and Britain faces up to Christmas under fire. In his Mayfair flat, Noël Coward uses his latest creation, Madame Arcati, the visionary medium, to summon up voices that tell of the enduring spirit of Christmas through the ages.
