The Lyric Hammersmith has announced its 2016 Autumn season of Little Lyric especially for audiences aged aged 2-11. This programme is sure to delight young audiences with stories of beanstalks, giraffes and space travel. October half-term sees a new adaptation of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, before finishing off the year with the return of the much-loved family favourite, Raymond Briggs's Father Christmas.

The season also includes the travelling story circus, STORYSTOCK, which lands at the Lyric this October half-term, for two days only on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 October 2016. This two-day festival is packed with bookish fun, bringing stories to life through shows, storytelling, author talks and creative workshops.

Highlights of STORYSTOCK include Roald Dahl's The Imagination Seekers, an interactive theatrical workshop, plus In Conversation Events with children's authors Judith Kerr, OBE (writer and illustrator for Mog and The Tiger Who Came to Tea) and John Burningham (writer of There's Going to Be a New Baby) and much much more.
