Internationally acclaimed actress, singer and West End star Louise Dearman (Wicked, Evita) collaborates with London-based KiwiFruits Productions to headline in an exclusive one-night-only tribute concert dedicated to an Entertainment Industry Legend, the iconic BARBRA STREISAND.

Dearman, known primarily for her celebrated starring roles as both good witch Glinda (2010-2011) and the emerald-skinned Elphaba (2012-2013) in the West End production of WICKED, the title role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Evita, as well as leading the cast in the upcoming new musical The Water Babies, is a long-time Streisand admirer and credits the superstar for influencing her throughout her West End and International career:

'Barbra Streisand has had such a huge influence on me and my career. Her voice is so wonderfully unique, she has the ability to move me to tears one moment and break into a huge smile the next through her music and her interpretation of songs. Alongside this she is a divine actress and all round superstar, Streisand is my perfect idol' (Louise Dearman)

Johnathan Peter, creative director and co-founder of KiwiFruits Productions (with pianist/composer Terence Penk), adds: 'For any other performer, stepping into the spotlight of Barbra Streisand would be, to say the least, intimidating ... But Louise (Dearman) is simply one of the finest and most versatile performers on the West End today, she is one of the very few who embodies the effortless talent, humour, kooky charm and sophisticated elegance that the Streisand legacy demands ... We're thrilled to be working with her on this concert.'

Featuring a night of classic Streisand songs and intimate stories spanning her Five Decade career from her early days in Musical Theatre (I Can Get It For You Wholesale), to her multiple award winning Films (Funny Girl, Yentl, Hello Dolly) and countless top 10 Albums, 'Songs In The Key Of STREISAND' promises to be an unforgettable evening of entertainment.
