According to Whatsonstage, BBC series 'Gavin & Stacey' could be getting the West End treatment in the near future. Co-creator Ruth Jones told the Evening Standard: "We'd love to do Gavin & Stacey: The Musical. I know it is something James wants to do too. I saw Billy Elliot on stage the other day and I thought it would be something good to do. It's something I would definitely be up for."

Jones' fellow co-creator James Condon is currently starring in the West End production of ONE MAN TWO GUVNORS, which will transfer to Broadway in April 2012.
